NK series mobile crushing plant main machines are specially designed for mobile plant, with reliable performance, high capacity, high energy efficiency, conveniently maintenance and adjustment.

It has overall modular design and high interchangeability. It can be quickly assembled into the different mobile plants, shortening the production time and meeting customer fast delivery requirements.

Compared with traditional tire-mounted plants, NK series also has the following advantages:
1. Whole system is completely tire-mounted and can be transported without disassembling, which saves erection time on site.
2. Adjustable supporting legs design enables zero-foundation erection.
3. No external hanging belt conveyors, no need of cranes or erecting belt conveyors on site, which can start production within 24 hours after transportation from Site A to Site B.

    • The whole plant can be quickly and reliably leveled: adjust the nuts on both sides of the screw rod, adjust relative position of the wedged surfaces to change supporting legs height; and fasten fixed bolts of flange.
