Introduction

This sandstone production line in Malaysia processes limestone. The production line was successfully commissioned in October 2015 and started production.

After the large stone enters the silo, it enters the PE1000 * 1200 jaw crusher through the ZSW600 * 130 vibrating feeder, and then the primary crushed stone is sent to the PFV1320 impact crusher by the belt conveyor for secondary crushing and counterattack. After the material is broken out, the raw sand is sieved by a vibrating screen.

The return is larger than 40mm and it is crushed again. The material smaller than 40mm enters the vibrating screen for classification. The smaller than 10mm then enters the 5X1145 sand making machine for sand making. Sieving. After sieving, the stones with particle sizes of 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, and 20-31.5mm are output by the belt conveyor as finished materials. Needle-like yield is reduced to 0.3%, which meets the C5 and C6 concrete standards.
